Authors are invited to submit their papers via the OCS submission system. Please login using your existing Springer account or register if you are a new user.
Papers should contain original research that has neither been published nor submitted for publication elsewhere. It is possible that your manuscript will be run through our plagiarism-checking tool.
Authors can submit their contributions in PDF format. The correct templates for the preparation of the papers can be downloaded from the “Information for Authors of Computers Science Proceedings” page. LaTeX templates are available in Overleaf. Full manuscripts are limited to 10 pages. The front page must contain the title of the paper, full name(s) and address(es) of the author(s) and the appropriate academic field(s). All papers will be refereed by the program committee.
Authors must be made aware of the fact that they have to submit a signed Consent to Publish form, through which the copyright of their paper is transferred to Springer. The corresponding author should sign on behalf of all of the authors of a particular paper, having obtained their permission to do so in advance.The corresponding author cannot be changed once the files have been sent to Springer.
The Proceedings of the Eleventh International Conference on Social Robotics (ICSR 2019) will be published by Springer International Publishing as part of the Lecture Notes in Artificial Intelligence series (LNAI), a topical subseries of the Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS). The proceedings of the conference are indexed by SpringerLink and Scopus.
Selected papers will be invited for publication as a Special Issue in the International Journal of Social Robotics (Fall 2019).
